"Total" vegetarian in that no animal products are used, and "total" in that nothing has been omitted when it comes to incredible textures and exquisite flavors, including everything from entrees to ice cream! Simple instructions are given for each recipe along with a nutritional analysis.


Barbara and daughter, Charlotte, love spending time in the kitchen together. Charlotte's a great cook, too!
