Baked Tofu

A great chicken substitute, this tofu recipe is extremely quick, very tasty and can be served as an entrée or used in other recipes. Serve with stuffing and gravy for an excellent holiday entrée.

14 ounces fresh, firm tofu
1 tablespoon chicken-style seasoning
¾ cup water
2 tablespoons Bragg Liquid Aminos
2 tablespoons nutritional yeast

  1. Slice tofu into slices ¼-inch thick (10 slices).
  2. Mix remaining ingredients in a bowl and sprinkle over tofu.
  3. Bake uncovered at 350o for 30-40 minutes or until beginning to dry out a bit.

Makes 10 slices.
